Skin and Pontoon IFR
Skin and Pontoon Aluminum Internal Floating Roof is a cost-effective, proven IFR technology that has been protecting stored liquid products in aboveground storage tanks for over 30 years. Depending on conditions, especially stored products, our IFR can be proposed in aluminum, in stainless steel, or in a combination of both.
Honeycomb Full Contact IFR
System consisting of a completely enclosed compartment of aluminum honeycomb core structure, sandwiched between aluminum framing panels for durability and strength. aluminum honeycomb internal floating roof system is a self contained panel system, constructed of modular designed aluminum honeycomb panels. Each panel is fabricated to be uniform, durable, strong and buoyant, eliminating the need for structural framing. The panels fasten together quickly and simply, utilizing our patented aluminum clamp bar system.
Polyurethane Full Contact IFR
The IFR comprises rigid polyurethane foam closed-cell panels sandwiched between two aluminum sheets. The panels are joined by being recessed and bolted in aluminum profiles. The panels have a density of 150 kg/m3, meaning that the IFR floats by itself. It cannot therefore be submerged in any circumstances.
Open Raft Full Contact IFR
Pontoons or honeycomb modules containing hydrocarbons, must be de-gassed, removed, replaced, etc. Our pan-type IFR eliminates all those issues. Maritime grade aluminum.
Composite Full Contact IFR
For chemical product, Composite IFR is the solution. Can be used as an EFR if required.
